We are a leading training provider offering a wide range of the most popular aesthetic treatments.
Our head office is based in the midlands but we have educators all over the UK that are industry experts trained to the highest of standards.
All of our trainers keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques so you can be sure you are receiving the latest available information and skills.
Our courses are all fully insurable and written to the highest standard and accredited by leading insurance companies such as teh CPD Group. Our courses are taught on a 1-2-1 basis or in an extremely small duo or trio group ensuring that you have maximum learning opportunities with the very best outcomes. we also have training venues UK wide.
Our courses are intensive and have two parts online theory and then a practical session. Our courses give you all the information you need to start your new career or add a new skill to further your career.
What we expect of you during the course

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the course commencement

Ensure you bring your lunch and a bottle of water with you.

Wear comfortable, smart, professional clothes and flat shoes: have a pair of socks with you.

Ensure your hair is tied back, jewellery is removed, and nails are short and tidy.
How the course works:

Theory questions are sent to you by email and must be completed and returned at least 72 hours before the training day or you will not be permitted to attend. In that event you will be required to pay an additional 50% of the course fee to us before we will re-schedule the date for the training day to be taken again.

The practical session has historically a 75% pass rate.

Following submission of the theory test, the tutor will run through your answers during the practical session.

At the practical session, you will be working on models.

Some courses have case studies which need to be completed within 10 weeks of the practical session. All submissions in support of your case study need to be clearly marked with your name and the name and date of the course/case study to which they apply, and emailed to us.

We have the right to refuse any student a certificate if the student has not completed all of the required elements and paid all fees.

All of our course material is copyright protected and our intellectual property rights to the course and the materials are entirely reserved. No materials may be copied, replicated, edited or published without our written consent, or used for any other training purposes whatsoever.

Paying for courses - Cancellation or Transfer

Payment must be made in full direct to your tutor by bank transfer or paypal which is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE the cancellation or transfer terms set out on the Booking form carefully:

In limited circumstances you may be allowed to transfer to another course. You must satisfy any prerequisite of the course, and a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required. If the transfer is agreed, £50 admin fee will be charged in addition to the course fees.

In limited circumstances you may be allowed to change the date of your course and attend on a different date. You must give a minimum of 14 days’ notice. If you give less than 14 days’ notice a £50 admin fee will be charged in addition. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice you will be required to pay the admin fee and an additional 50% of the course fee to rebook again.

You may be able to obtain finance, or other products/services to pay for your courses at Pretty Face Finance, a specialist finance provider registered with the Financial Services Authority. Insurance

All courses are accredited by The CPD Group or INSYNC. It is your responsibility to insure any of your activities undertaken as part of the course with your insurer, so please check prior to booking that your insurance provider will insure the course and the activities you have booked.
Complaints procedure

Flawless Aesthetics Academy strive to provide the highest level of service. A formal complaints procedure is in place which is designed to settle any disputes quickly and fairly for all parties involved.

All complaints will be investigated thoroughly. If a complaint is made about an educator, the educator will be sent a copy of the complaint and will be obliged to provide a written response within 4 working days.

We will keep you updated on each stage and try our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly for everyone involved.

At the conclusion of the investigation the decision of the Director of the Training Academy shall be final, and there is no appeal process.
General Conditions

Flawless Aesthetics Academy shall use reasonable endeavour to meet any performance dates but such dates shall be estimates only and time is not the essence of the contract.

The Fees will be paid from time to time. No VAT is applicable. Payment is not deemed to have been made until the Fees have been paid in full. If payment is not made in full and within time the Services may be suspended and payment in advance may be required before services are re - commenced.

Flawless Aesthetics Academy requires any Fees to be paid in advance of the commencement of any services where applicable and agreed in writing.

Each party will keep the confidential information of the other party and any third party confidential and secret, and only use it for the purposes of supplying services or making proper use of services. Each party recognises and accepts its obligations with regard to the control and the processing of personal data under the current data protection legislation and regulations. Flawless Aesthetics Academy accepts no liability for injury, damage or loss to any person or property caused by you or any other third party, agent, employee of yours during the course, the training or subsequently. However, nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit liability for death or serious injury caused by Flawless Academy 's negligence.

Flawless Aesthetic Academy will use reasonable care and skill in performing the Services. Where any valid claim in respect of the Services is made the client may be entitled to a refund of the Fees or part of the Fees.

Flawless Aesthetics Academy 's liability in respect of any loss of good will, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of use or for any other consequential, special or indirect loss or damage will be NIL.

Flawless Aesthetics Academy shall not be liable for any breach of contract due to force majeure

Nothing in these terms are intended to create a partnership or joint venture between Flawless Aesthetics Academy and/or the

tor and/or the student, and no party has the right to act as agent for the other or to bind the other party in any way.

These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
